Certificate Error?

You get a certificate error if you don’t include the www. prefix in the web address (Ex. You are redirected from another website that did not have the prefix). To avoid getting this error, please enter the entire web address as http://www.kwigy-bo.com before placing your order.

Item availability?

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you’ve ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Sizing information?

To determine the size of your dog, please refer to the sizing chart. Sizing can sometimes be tricky, so please make sure to review all measurements.

Which credit cards do you accept? Jeweled Pets accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express.

Do you charge sales tax?

8.875% sales tax is only charged to orders shipping within New York State.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by visiting “My Account” at the top of any page. Once you login to your account using your email address and password, click on “Order History” to view past orders and current orders that you have placed. From here you can determine when your order actually leaves Jeweled Pets.

How can I modify my order?

Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations.

Does my item come with any guarantee?

Jeweled Pets items are protected from the date of purchase by a SIX MONTH limited warranty. Proof of purchase is required before any warranty claims are honored. If the item proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within that time, Jeweled Pets at its discretion will either send replacement parts such as hardware or straps or exchange the item free of charge.

The warranty does not cover damages arising from accidents or misuse, or from any alteration performed by any other party other than Jeweled Pets.
