What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 15 days of receipt. Please email returns@kwigy-bo.com , or call 212.398.1097 for a return RMA #. This number MUST be included on your return invoice. Returned and exchanged items must be UNWORN, UNALTERED AND UNWASHED, and ALL tags must still be attached.
Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition.
Damages to or omission of tags and original packaging from your return/exchange may result in a fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How do I make a return or exchange?
Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice (with RMA# included) in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service with tracking to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at Kwigy-bo, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Kwigy-bo.
My order arrived damaged, what now?
If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will email you a FedEx return label to place on the outside of the box so you can drop your package of at any FedEx location. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item.
